  1. Domestic Staffing Requests: Clients can submit domestic staffing requests through the Otiz Keepers website. By submitting a request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  2. Service Agreement: Upon acceptance of a staffing request, a service agreement will be provided outlining the terms, conditions, and fees associated with Otiz Keepers’ services.

  3. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing a safe and suitable working environment for domestic staff. Otiz Keepers is not liable for any issues arising from inadequate working conditions.

  4. Payment: Clients agree to pay fees as specified in the service agreement. Payments are due as outlined in the agreement, and failure to make timely payments may result in service termination.

  5. Cancellation: Clients may cancel a staffing request within a specified timeframe outlined in the service agreement. Cancellation fees may apply.

  6. Confidentiality: Otiz Keepers respects the confidentiality of client information and expects clients to do the same regarding staff members’ personal information.

  7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the service agreement will be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be subject to legal proceedings.

  8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any legal action must be filed in the courts of Nigeria.
